PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for catechin binding effective in promotion of binding to catechin cells.SOLUTION: A composition for catechin binding of the invention contains wheat leaves, oligosaccharide, water-soluble dietary fiber, and lactic acid bacteria. The composition for catechin binding of the invention can promote binding to catechin cells effectively by increasing the expression level of genes encoding 67 LR which is a catechin receptor protein. Particularly, in small intestinal epithelial cells, the composition for catechin binding of the invention can promote signaling to catechin cells effectively by increasing the expression level of genes encoding 67 LR.【課題】カテキンの細胞への結合の促進に有効なカテキン結合用組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のカテキン結合用組成物は、麦の葉、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維及び乳酸菌を含有する。本発明のカテキン結合用組成物は、カテキン受容体蛋白質である67LRをコードする遺伝子の発現量を増加させることによって、カテキンの細胞への結合を有効に促進しうる。特に、本発明のカテキン結合用組成物は小腸上皮細胞において、67LRをコードする遺伝子の発現量を増加させることにより、カテキンの細胞へのシグナル伝達の促進に有効でありうる。【選択図】図1
