The elastic laminate comprises an olefin resin layer on at least one side of an elastomer layer. Holes do not form in the elastic laminate after 60 minutes when said elastic laminate is stretched by 100% mounted on a glass plate and 0.5 mL of baby oil (Pigeon brand baby oil in which the main component is tri(caprylic acid/capric acid)glyceryl) is dripped on the surface thereof.
