Different fish scale processed goods can be obtained by changing the conditions of the pressurized steaming. That is, the processing temperature of the pressurized steaming may be fixed and the processing time changed, or the processing time may be fixed and the processing temperature changed.本發明提供一種可將魚鱗在短時間內有效率地低分子化而得到魚鱗加工物之魚鱗加工物的製造方法。本發明之魚鱗加工物的製造方法，其特徵係：包含將魚鱗在飽和蒸氣下進行加壓蒸煮處理後，釋放至大氣壓而進行爆碎之步驟。藉由變更上述加壓蒸煮處理之條件，可得到不同的魚鱗加工物。在此情況下，可以將加壓蒸煮處理之處理溫度設為固定而變更處理時間，或將處理時間設為固定而變更處理溫度之方式進行。
