<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional composition having higher immunoregulating activity and higher intestine conditioning activity than conventional ones. <；P>；SOLUTION: The functional composition comprises an antibody and an immunoactivating substance as active ingredients, wherein the antibody is preferably a milk-derived one, and the immunoactivating substance is preferably Bacillus natto or the like as bacteria producing no toxin except lactobacillus and Bacillus bifidus, fungi, yeast, fungal cells of mushroom such as Agaricus or Fomes yucatensis, fungal cell component, enzymolysis product of the above fungal cells, or SOD (superoxide dismutase).
