According to the present invention, a tablet dispenser of a drug packaging apparatus comprises: a fixed frame, at least one tray module, a table storage, a belt, and a belt conveying unit. The fixed frame is fixed to the inside of the drug packaging apparatus. The tray module includes: a moving frame supported by the fixed frame so as to be drawn out of the drug packaging apparatus by being horizontally and linearly moved after inserted into the fixed frame； a distribution tray having tablet distribution holes housing distributed tablets and horizontally arranged in at least one row, and fixed to the moving frame； and a shutter positioned on the lower side of the distribution tray, and simultaneously opening or closing the tablet distribution holes. The tablet storage fixed to the fixed frame has tablet storage holes receiving the tablets from the tablet distribution holes after the moving frame is inserted into the fixed frame. The belt on the lower side of the table storage is conveyed like a caterpillar along the row direction of the tablet storage holes, and opens the tablet storage holes one by one sequentially by having an opening corresponding to one of the tablet storage holes in the row.
