PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having a barrier layer. SOLUTION: The container may be made of a thermoplastic substance, and the barrier can prevent the leaching of the substance from the thermoplastic material or the extraction of the compound from the drug by the thermoplastic substance. It also describes a process that allows a thin barrier layer to be molded as container lines and a thermoplastic container to be molded with the barrier liner.
