The present invention relates to a dye-coupled mannosyl serum albumin complex and a lymph node probing composition containing the same. More specifically, when administered to mice, the dye-coupled mannosyl serum albumin complex may be observed to the naked eye to be present in concentrated concentration in the inguinal lymph nodes for an extended period of time. Thus, the complex and compositions containing it may be useful for probing lymph nodes.
