PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic-containing sheet capable of suppressing a slimy feeling when wiping and also suppressing a sticky feeling after wiping.SOLUTION: This cosmetic-containing sheet includes (A) &ge0.01 and &le5 mass% tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, (B) an antioxidant, (C) at least one kind or more selected from a group comprising citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid, and water.
