PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi function care bed for evacuation of a patient by himself/herself.SOLUTION: A multi function care bed comprises: a bed body 10 a floor plate member 20 a first support mechanism 30A a second support mechanism 30B an evacuation device 40 a washing mechanism 50 a urine splash prevention device 60 a protection device 70 and a control device 90 which is electrically connected to the above mentioned devices, and is used for control of start up or stop. When a patient evacuates or urinates, the first support mechanism 30A or the second support mechanism 30B is started by the control device 90, the floor plate member 20 is displaced upward and simultaneously the protection device 70 is erected and opened, the floor plate member 20 is lowered and returned to the original position and simultaneously the protection device 70 is compressed and subsided, then an urination protection cover 62 of the urine splash prevention device 60 is erected and is brought into a state for being used by a patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】多機能を有する患者の自力排便介護ベッドを提供する。【解決手段】ベッド本体10と、床板部材20と、第一支持機構30Aと、第二支持機構30Bと、排便装置40と、洗浄機構50と、尿飛散防止装置60と、遮蔽装置70と、上述の装置に電気的に接続され、起動或いは停止の制御に使用される制御装置90とを備える。患者が排尿及び排便をするさいに、制御装置90により第一支持機構30Aまたは第二支持機構30Bが起動され、床板部材20が上に変移され、同時に遮蔽装置70が起立されて開かれ、床板部材20が下降されて原位置まで戻され、同時に遮蔽装置70が圧迫されて沈下され、尿飛散防止装置60の放尿遮蔽カバー62が起立され、供患者に使用される状態になる。【選択図】図3
