PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation assist device of a novel structure capable of preventing a feeling of a foreign body and a pain of a rescuer and a rescuee at a compression part, while reducing an influence on measurement accuracy due to individual difference in compression depth of the sternum with respect to an input, vibration of a surface of supporting the rescuee, or the like.SOLUTION: A cardiopulmonary resuscitation assist device 10 for assisting a cardiopulmonary resuscitation technique by sternum compression by a rescuer A, includes: a pressure detecting device 12 having a pressure sensor 16 including a sheet-like pressure sensitive part 40 that is flexibly bent and deformable and is superposed on the chest part； and a displacement detecting device 14 that includes a displacement sensor 64 for detecting displacement of a hand of the rescuer A compressing the chest, and that is held by a hand of the rescuer A, at a part away from the sternum compression surface in the hand of the rescuer A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】入力に対する胸骨圧迫深さの個人差や被救助者を支持する面の振動などによる測定精度への影響を低減しつつ、圧迫部分において救助者や被救助者の異物感や痛みを防ぐことができる、新規な構造の心肺蘇生術補助装置を提供すること。【解決手段】救助者Ａの胸骨圧迫による心肺蘇生術を補助する心肺蘇生術補助装置１０であって、胸部に重ね合わされるシート状で柔軟に撓み変形可能な感圧部４０を含んで構成された圧力センサ１６を備える圧力検出装置１２と、胸部を圧迫する救助者Ａの手の変位を検出する変位センサ６４を備えて救助者Ａの手における胸骨圧迫面を外れた部分で救助者Ａの手に保持される変位検出装置１４とを、有している。【選択図】図１
