A solid powder cosmetic composition containing ingredients (1) to (3) :( 1) an interfered pearlescent pigment having a reflectance of visible light having a wavelength of from 540 to 580 nm, 30% or more, combined with one or more substances selected from polymethylmethacrylate, silicon dioxide, lamellar barium sulfate, zinc oxide and aluminum chloride, in an amount of from 1 to 8 wt.%； (2) particles of a spherical powder in an amount of from 8 to 30 wt.%； and (3) an oil having a viscosity of 500 to 100,000 cP, measured with a B-type viscometer at 30 ° C, in an amount of from 1.5 to 5 wt.%； where the amounts are based on the total weight of the composition. 2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the interfering pearlescent pigment is a titanated mica having a golden, yellow, or green color. The composition of claim 1, wherein the interfering pearlescent pigment is a titanated mica having a golden or yellow color. The composition of claim 1, wherein the material with which the interfered pearlescent pigment is combined is polymethyl methacrylate. The composition of claim 2, wherein the material with which the interfered pearlescent pigment is combined is polymethyl methacrylate. The composition of claim 3, wherein the material with which the interfered pearlescent pigment is combined is polymethyl methacrylate.
