PURPOSE: A breakwater structure having a fish farm function is provided to enable a manager to easily manage living things in a brim farm. CONSTITUTION: A breakwater structure having a fish farm function comprises a support plate(110), multiple unit structures(120), a cover plate(140), multiple cultivation frames(200), and net members(210). The support plate is installed on a sea bottom. The unit structures are filled with receiving bodies(130). Seawater paths are formed among the receiving bodies. The cover plate covers the top of the uppermost unit structure. The cultivation frames are vertically positioned and fixed by the support plate. The net members connect the cultivation frames to each other and form one or more cultivation spaces in the inner side of the cultivation frames.양식장 겸용 방파제 구조물이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 양식장 겸용 방파제 구조물은, 해저에 설치되는 지지판； 직육면체 형상의 프레임 내에 다수의 구형상체 및 다면체 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 수용체로 채워지며, 각각의 구형상체 또는 다면체들 사이에 공극이 형성되는 단위구조체； 복수의 단위구조체를 지지판 위에 복수의 층으로 적층하여 방파제벽을 형성한 후, 최상단 층의 단위구조체의 상면을 덮어 설치되는 덮개판； 방파제벽의 내해 측에 수직으로 세워지며, 지지판에 의해 고정되는 복수의 양식프레임； 및 복수의 양식프레임을 연결하여 테두리를 형성하며, 형성된 테두리의 안쪽에 적어도 하나의 양식공간을 형성하는 그물망부재；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
