Provided are: an oil composition for cosmetics which is readily miscible with a makeup stain and can rinse out freshly through washing with water without leaving oily feeling, regardless of whether the skin is wet or not, and excels in safety and temporal stability and a cleansing cosmetic containing the oil composition for cosmetics.
