The present invention provides a yeast composition, which includes a basic element group, a main element group, a secondary element group and a trace element group that are mixed and dissolved into a cultivation medium through a mixing and dissolving process. The cultivation medium is subjected to a cooling strain inoculation process and a fermentation culture process so as to have the cultivation medium fermented to form fermentation broth of a composition. When the fermentation broth is spread into soil, ineffective phosphorus in the soil is converted into effective phosphorus, in order to increase effectiveness of phosphorus in the soil and improve soil nutrient status. In addition, when the fermentation broth is used, usage of chemical fertilizer can be reduced, in order to reduce soil degradation and environmental pollution. Furthermore, when the fermentation broth is spread into the soil, root ring protection can be increased, in order to promote plant growth and the ability to absorb water and nutrients.
