The present invention relates to a roller guide-type internal light-shielding apparatus for a plastic greenhouse, which comprises: multiple guide roller units which include a unit housing, and are secured at one inner upper side of a plastic greenhouse at a uniform distance in the front and back directions, wherein the unit housing is formed in the shape of a horse shoe having open upper portion and open central portion, and includes multiple rollers formed on the inner periphery thereof； a shade net winding rod which is installed passing through the guide roller units in the front and back directions, has one side driving motor connected to a front or rear end portion thereof, and is reversibly rotated； multiple bearing brackets which have a bearing installed in the central portion therein while being vertically erected, and are secured at the other inner upper side of the plastic greenhouse at a uniform distance in the front and back directions； a rope winding rod which is interposed passing through the bearing brackets in the front and back directions, has the other side driving motor connected to a front or rear end portion thereof, and is reversibly rotated； an upper guide unit which includes an upper guide rod horizontally connected in the front and back directions while being hung from a lower part of an upper horizontal frame of the plastic greenhouse； and a shade net whose one side is connected to and wound around the shade net winding rod, and whose the other end portion is protruded externally through an open upper part of the guide roller unit while being connected to pulling ropes at a uniform distance in the front and back directions, wherein each pulling rope passes through an upper part of the upper guide rod to be wound around the rope winding rod, so that according to reversible rotations of the shade net winding rod and the rope winding rod, the shade net can be spread or wound in the left and right directions at an upper part inside the plastic g
