FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method of radiotherapy (RT) of oropharyngeal cancer (OPC) against the background of appropriate chemotherapy involves preliminary determination of the patients body weight and neck diameter and pre-radial preparation using CT topometry and dosimetry plan calculation. At that, plasma albumin content is additionally determined before treatment. As RT, 3D conformal RT is used. When the total focal dose of irradiation of the patient (TFD) of 20 Gy is reached, body weight, blood plasma albumin content and neck diameter are repeatedly determined. At a decrease of at least one of these parameters by more than 5%, the CT topometry and the dosimetric radiation plan are repeatedly performed, in accordance with which RT is continued to a TFD of 40 Gy. Then, body weight, blood plasma albumin and neck diameter of the patient are determined again, and if a decrease of at least one indicator exceeds 5%, the dosimetry plan is adjusted again, according to which radiotherapy is continued until a dosage of 70 Gy is reached.EFFECT: method provides optimal tactics for adaptive chemoradiotherapy due to timely correction of the dosimetry plan, excluding exceeding the threshold values for the maximum allowable doses for the risk organs entering the irradiation zone, and also excluding the incorrect coverage of the primary tumor and the regions of the regional lymph drainage bythe 95% isodose.1 ex, 1 tblИзобретение относится к медицине, онкологии, радиологии, лучевой терапии.
