PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating pulmonary diseases including CF, pulmonary infection, COPD, bronchiectasis and others.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein are methods of treating pulmonary disorders comprising administering to a patient an effective dose of a nebulized liposomal amikacin formulation for at least one treatment cycle, wherein the treatment cycle comprises an administration period of 15 to 75 days, followed by an off period of 15 to 75 days, and the effective dose comprises 100 to 2,500 mg of amikacin daily during the administration period.【課題】CF、肺感染症、COPD、気管支拡張症及びその他を含む肺疾患を治療するための治療法の提供。【解決手段】ここでは、肺疾患を治療する方法が開示され、該方法は、患者に、少なくとも1回の治療サイクルに渡り、霧化されたリポソームアミカシン処方物の有効用量を投与する工程を含み、ここで、該治療サイクルは、15～75日間の投与期間及びこれに伴う、15～75日間の非-投与期間を含み、また該有効用量は、該投与期間中毎日、100～2,500mgなる範囲のアミカシンを含む。【選択図】なし
