The present invention relates to a black Gastrodia elata pills and a preparing method thereof. The black Gastrodia elata pill preparing method includes the steps of: (1) dehydrating and cutting washed Gastrodia elata； (2) drying and steaming the Gastrodia elata cut in step (1) repeatedly to prepare black Gastrodia elata； (3) adding distilled water to the black Gastrodia elata prepared in step (2) to extract an extract therefrom； (4) concentrating and freeze-drying the black Gastrodia elata extract extracted in step (3) before grinding the black Gastrodia elata extract and preparing black Gastrodia elata extract powder； (5) inoculating Aspergillus oryzae stains to sterilized rice bran, fermenting and drying the rice bran inoculated with the Aspergillus oryzae stains, and preparing powder with the same to prepare fermented rice bran powder； and (6) adding water to a mixture prepared by mixing the black Gastrodia elata extract powder prepared in step (4) and fermented rice bran powder prepared in step (5), kneading the mixture, shaping the mixture into pills, and drying the pills. The black Gastrodia elata pills can enhance the functionality and active ingredients of Gastrodia elata and be consumed by chewing without the unique odor of Gastrodia elata which improves palatability.본 발명은 (1) 세척한 천마를 탈수시킨 후 절단하는 단계； (2) 상기 (1)단계의 절단한 천마를 건조 및 증숙하는 과정을 반복하여 흑천마를 제조하는 단계； (3) 상기 (2)단계의 제조한 흑천마에 증류수를 첨가한 후 추출하는 단계； (4) 상기 (3)단계의 추출한 흑천마 추출물을 농축 및 동결건조한 후 분쇄하여 흑천마 추출 분말을 제조하는 단계； (5) 살균한 미강에 아스퍼질러스 오리재(Aspergillusoryzae) 균주를 접종한 후 발효 및 건조하고 분말화하여 발효 미강 분말을 준비하는 단계； 및 (6) 상기 (4)단계의 제조한 흑천마 추출 분말과 상기 (5)단계의 준비한 발효 미강 분말을 혼합한 혼합물에 물을 첨가하여 반죽한 후 환 형태로 제환하고 건조하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑천마 환의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 흑천마 환에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 흑천마 환는 천마의 유효성분 및 기능성이 증진될 뿐만 아니라, 씹어서 섭취하여도 천마 특유의 이취는 제거되고 기호도가 더욱 향상된 흑천마 환을 제공할 수 있다.
