A multicomponent cartridge (1), which is intended for single use, comprises a first reservoir (6) for a first component (8), a second reservoir (7) for a second component (9), wherein the first reservoir (6) is separate from the second reservoir (7). The first reservoir (6) is disposed coaxially around the second reservoir (7) and forms an annular space (10), wherein in the first reservoir (6) a first piston (3) is received in a moveable manner, and in the second reservoir (7) a second piston (4) is received in a moveable manner. The first and second pistons (3, 4) can be moved by means of a ram (5) in order to discharge both components (8.9) at the same time. The ram (5) is held in a housing element (17), and a guiding element (11) is provided in order to guide the first piston (3) in the first reservoir (6), and in order to guide the second piston (4) in the second reservoir (7), wherein the housing element (17) comprises an engagement element (18), which can be engaged with the guiding element (11).
