A multilayer film for covering an agricultural structure is provided. The filmhasan upper layer comprised of a polymeric material, a lower layer comprised of apolymeric material and a core layer provided between the upper layer and thelower layer and formed of a material at least partially chemicallyincompatiblewith the polymeric material making up the upper layer and the lower layer. Thefilm can be installed on a structure and then a gas can be introduced betweenatleast one of: the upper layer and the core layer and the lower layer and thecorelayer to separate the upper layer and lower layer physically apart.
