The present invention provides an ear-nose plug-in device, which can be directly inserted into a nostril or an ear hole for tight engagement. The ear-nose plug-in device includes an accommodation portion and a functional unit, wherein one side of the accommodation portion that is close to the nostril or the ear hole is an air-permeable layer, while other portions are air-impermeable material, and the interior of the accommodation portion is an empty cavity that can be filled with the functional unit. The functional unit is in a granular or powdery form that may react with water to release gas, and includes ozone, active oxygen and oxygen. The gas will be released through the air-permeable layer toward the nostril or the ear hole and, when being applied to the ear hole, an in-ear portion can be further connected, and the in-ear portion and the ear hole are tightly engaged.
