The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composition for removing dead skin cells, and to a composition manufactured by the same and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a dead skin cell removing composition promoting skin beauty by comprising fine powder of bamboo salt, rosin, and white clay, while effectively removing and washing dead skin cells, and improving a skin moisturizing effect by forming a protective film on a part where dead skin cells are removed.
