PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call a nurse call master machine of another ward in which a charge nurse is present when having received a patient of the other ward and when the patient has performed call operation of a nurse slave machine.SOLUTION: A controller 4 manages calls of nurse call slave machines 1 in each unit comprising the plurality of nurse call slave machines 1 and at least one nurse call master machine 3, has an information storage part 41 storing a belonging unit U of the individual nurse call slave machine 1 and the nurse call master machine 3, and a table of the call destination nurse call master machine 3 of the individual nurse call slave machine 1, and also executes call control to the nurse call master machine 3 when the nurse call master machine 3 straddling the units U is registered in the information storage part 4 in addition to the call control inside the unit U.
