PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick wrapping device for Jiaozi (steam-cooked meat pies) devised to make several Jiaozi at a stroke by providing a rectangular plate-like board with several recesses, and protrusions of rugged parts serving as claws for tucking in.SOLUTION: The quick wrapping device for Jiaozi includes the rectangular plate-like board (1) provided with circular Jiaozi skin placing parts (2) of Jiaozi skin size recesses made gradually deepened toward the centers of the circles claws (3) of the rugged parts provided at the facing parts of the outer peripheries of the circles so as to serve as slip-off stoppers when folding the Jiaozi into semicircles and folding margins (4) provided at the center of the rectangular plate-like board (1).COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、長方形の板状の盤に数個の窪みや折り込むためのツメとして凹凸部の凸起を設け、ギョウザを一度に数個作れるように工夫したギョウザ早包器を提供する。【解決手段】 長方形の板状の盤(1)にギョウザの皮大の円状のギョウザの皮置部(2)を設け、その円の中央にむけてゆるやかに深くなる窪みを設け、円の外周の対局部分に半円に折ったときのはずれ止になる凹凸部のつめ(3)を設け、長方形の板状の盤(1)の中央に折り代(4)を設けたことを特徴としたギョウザ早包器。【選択図】図1
