The present invention relates to method, system, and light source for penetrating radiation imaging, especially for X-ray imaging. The present invention provides a system for X-ray phase contrast and high resolution imaging. The system comprises: an X-ray source including a plurality of X-ray micro sources; an X-ray detector for receiving X-ray passing through the imaged object; and a computer for receiving the raw imaging data from the X-ray detector as well as for computing the raw imaging data to obtain a clear image of the imaged object.本發明係相關於穿透式輻射成像、特別是X光成像之方法、系統及光源;本發明所提供X光相位對比及高解析度影像之系統包含:一X光光源,其包含複數個X光微光源;一X光感測器,用以接收穿透被攝物之X光;以及一電腦,該電腦自該X光感測器接收原始影像資料並運算該原始影像資料,以獲得該被攝物之一清晰影像。
