The present invention relates to a gene delivery complex comprising a cationic lipid or a liposome prepared using the cationic lipid having excellent gene transfer efficiency and a method for preparing the same. The cationic lipids or liposomes of the present invention have significantly improved gene transfer efficiency compared to conventional gene carriers. In addition, the cationic lipids or liposomes of the present invention can be developed as an effective gene carrier with a very low cytotoxicity.본 발명은 유전자 전달 효율이 우수한 양이온 리피드 또는 상기 양이온 리피드를 이용하여 제조된 리포좀을 포함하는 유전자 전달 복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 양이온 리피드 또는 리포좀은 종래 유전자 전달체와 비교하여 월등히 향상된 유전자 전달 효율을 갖는다. 또한, 본 발명의 양이온 리피드 또는 리포좀은 세포독성이 매우 낮아 효과적인 유전자 전달체로 개발될 수 있다.
