PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid and a retractor having he same, allowing a treatment instrument to be easily operated while the treatment instrument is inclined, and capable of treating a wide range of a treated region.SOLUTION: A lid includes: an opening forming part having at least one opening and a support part for swingably supporting the opening forming part. A retractor has the lid detachably attached to a tubular retractor body. As the opening forming part is swingably supported in this way, a treatment instrument can be inclined together with the opening forming part into which the treatment instrument is inserted. Accordingly, operation of the treatment instrument in the inclined state becomes easy, so that a wide range of a treated region can be treated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】処置具を傾けての操作が容易であり、広範囲の処置部に対し処置をすることができる蓋体およびこれを備える開創器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の蓋体は、少なくとも1つの開口を有する開口形成部と、前記開口形成部を揺動可能に支持する支持部とを備えることを特徴とする。また、本発明の開創器は、本発明の蓋体を筒状をなす開創器本体に着脱自在に装着したものである。これにより開口形成部が揺動可能に支持されていることから、処置具をこれが挿入された開口形成部ごと傾けることが可能である。このため、処置具を傾けての操作が容易となり、広範囲の処置部に対し処置をすることができる。【選択図】図1
