PURPOSE: A float including liquid injection filler and manufacturing method thereof are provided to integrally fix electronic components in the inside of a lower case by arranging filler in the inside of the lower case. CONSTITUTION: A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) board(30) is attached in the inside of a lower case(20). A light emission body is combined with the PCB board. A rechargeable battery(50) supplies power sources to the light emission body. A charging connection terminal(51) electrically connects to the rechargeable battery. A filler(70) is inserted into the inside of the lower case as a liquid state.본 발명의 목적은 내부에 전달되는 충격을 완화시킬 수 있고, 유실되는 경우 환경오염물질의 배출이 최소화될 수 있는 구조의 낚시찌를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 낚시찌는, 상부케이스와, 상기 상부케이스의 하부에 결합되는 용기형상의 하부케이스와, 상기 하부케이스의 내부에 장착되는 피씨비기판(printed circuit board)과, 상기 피씨비기판에 결합되어 발광하는 발광체와, 상기 하부케이스의 내부에 장착되어 상기 발광체에 전원을 공급하는 충전식 배터리와, 상기 하부케이스의 하단부에서 외부에 노출되도록 장착되어 상기 충전식 배터리를 충전기에 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 충전연결단자와, 상기 하부케이스의 내부에 액상으로 주입되어 경화된 충진체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
