PURPOSE: A reduced pressure skin care apparatus is provided to increase adhesion of skin, draws up the skin to the upper end of an absorption cup, thereby delivering energy to the skin efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A reduced pressure skin care apparatus comprises: an absorption part (10) which absorbs skin by adding a reduced pressure； and a skin irritation part which adds energy to the expanded skin by being installed in the absorption part. The absorption part comprises: an absorption cup (11) having elasticity itself, forming a space part inside, and contacting the skin by an opened bottom end； and a housing (12) combined with the absorption cup flexibly, installed by surrounding the upper and side parts of the absorption cut separately from the outside of the absorption cup.
