PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing caprylyl glycol, ethyl hexyl glycerine, and Citrus reticulata cv. Siranui peel extract is provided to ensure antiseptic effect without skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.1-1.0 wt% of caprylyl glycol, 0.1-1.0 wt% of ethyl hexyl glycerine, and 0.001-10 wt% of Citrus reticulata cv. Siranui peel extract. A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of washing and slicing Citrus reticulata cv. Siranui peels and extracting at 100-3000MPa and 40-90 Deg. C. for 5-60 minutes to prepare the extract. The method further comprises: a step of adding ethanol to the extract and refluxing for 1-5 hours 2-6 times； and a step of filtering, concentrating, or drying the extract.본 발명은 카프릴릴 글라이콜, 에칠헥실글리세린 및 한라봉 껍질 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 충분한 방부 효과를 나타내고, 피부자극을 거의 유발하지 않으며, 항염 활성을 가지고, 제형의 안정성도 뛰어난 특징이 있다.
