This invention is to disclose the construction of a fish and vegetable symbiosis environment system for prospective urban agriculture, comprising a main watershed, a cold-water fish tank, a warm-water fish tank, a secondary watershed, and at least a planting area. The main watershed is provided with an evaporator, a condenser, and a water entering device. The main watershed obtains water by the water entering device. The evaporator is used for cooling supplied water and outputting to the cold-water fish tank. The condenser is used for heating supplied water and outputting to the warm-water fish tank. The secondary watershed receives the water remained from the cold-water fish tank and the warm-water fish tank. The secondary watershed is provided with a cooling device, a heating device, a spraying device, and a humidity regulating device, so as to cool off or heat up the remaining water or spray the remaining water to the planting area, and to control the environmental humidity in the planting area with the humidity regulating device. The planting area is also connected with the main watershed.
