PURPOSE: A pipe joint device of green houses is provided to shorten installation time by simplifying combination of the pipe joint devices. CONSTITUTION: In a pipe receiving member (100), a mounting unit (110) in which a horizontal frame pipe is inserted is formed in the center and pipe combining parts (140) in which arch shaped pipes are combined are formed at one end or both ends of the mounting unit. In a fixing member (200), a semicircular cover unit (220) is formed in the center and covers the horizontal frame pipe by rotation while a fixing plate (230) for fixing the horizontal frame pipe is bent at the end in a round shape. A clamping member (300) pressurizes the fixing plate in order for the fixing member to cover the horizontal frame pipe and fixes the fixing member on a pipe receiving member. At both ends of the cover unit of the fixing member, bent portions (223) which pressurize the outer periphery of the horizontal frame pipe are formed in lower direction. A locking cask (310) is combined inside the pipe receiving member to face with a hinge joint part of the fixing member.
