The working head (120) has a mass m1 and is engaged at the first end (111) of the rod (110). The tool structure (100) provides furthermore a stiff elongated element (130) integral to the rod (110) at the second end (112). A balancing body (140) is moreover provided having mass m2 and constrained to the stiff elongated element (130) at a predetermined position H located at a predetermined distance y from the second end (112) of the rod (120). In this way, considering a pivot point P located at the second end (112) of the rod (120), the moments M1 and M2 produced by, respectively, the masses m1 and m2 with respect to the pivot point P oppose each others.
