The invention relates to a modular implant meant for fixation of fractures of the distal extremity of the humerus, with or without articular comminution. According to the invention, the implant consists of two components (A and B), where the first component (A) comprises a plate (1) in the shape of half-moon, provided with five holes (a, b, c, d and e), a tubular sleeve (3) and a connection segment (2) oriented at 80...90° as related to the plate (1) and at 70...75° as related to the tubular sleeve (3), and the second component (B) consists of a screw with a cylindrical head (o), a smooth portion (n) and a tip (m) threaded on a portion of 20 mm, said screw sliding through the sleeve (3) of the first component (A).Invenţia se referă la un implant modular destinat fixării fracturilor de paletă humerală, cu sau fără cominuţie articulară. Implantul conform invenţiei este alcătuit din două componente (A şi B), prima componentă (A) este formată dintr-o placă (1) în formă de semilună, prevăzută cu cinci găuri (a, b, c, d şi e), un manşon (3) tubular şi un segment (2) de legătură orientat la 80-90° faţă de placă (1) şi la 70-75° faţă de manşonul (3) tubular, iar a doua componentă (B) fiind reprezentată de un şurub având un cap (o) cilindric, o porţiune (n) netedă şi un vârf (m), filetat pe o porţiune de 20 mm, şurub care culisează prin manşonul (3) primei componente (A).
