The present invention relates to a device (1) for examining a capillary zone of the skin of a finger having a main axis, said device comprising: - an optical microscope (2)； - a light source (6) intended to illuminate the capillary zone； - a support (4) comprising a housing (7) for receiving said finger, and an opening (92) positioned facing the microscope； - said microscope (2) being mounted to rotate on the support (4) around the main axis of the body so as to sweep the capillary zone from one edge to the other of said finger； - immobilization means being configured to immobilize the finger in said housing. The examination device of the present invention is particularly suitable for the examination of a capillary zone of the skin of a finger to detect vascular abnormalities. La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’examen (1) d’une zone capillaire de la peau d’un doigt présentant un axe principal, ledit dispositif comprenant : - un microscope optique (2)； - une source lumineuse (6) destinée à venir éclairer la zone capillaire ； - un support (4) comprenant un logement (7) pour recevoir ledit doigt, et une ouverture (92) positionnée en regard du microscope ； - ledit microscope (2) étant monté en rotation sur le support (4) autour de l’axe principal du corps de manière à venir balayer la zone capillaire d’un bord à l’autre dudit doigt； - des moyens d’immobilisation étant configurés pour immobiliser le doigt dans ledit logement.Le dispositif d’examen de la présente invention est particulièrement adapté pour l’examen d’une zone capillaire de la peau d’un doigt pour détecter des anomalies vasculaires.
