PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic device adapted for single use and change of a medicament and suited for administration of the medicament.SOLUTION: A medicament administration assist tool 10 has a pool 19a in the form of a recessed portion formed thereon that includes an aperture into which a medicament flowing on a surface on an eyeball can flow and an inner space which can store the medicament, the edge of the aperture of the pool 19a having more thickness than a cornea covering region 12a. Specifically, the pool 19a becomes gradually thicker toward the edge of the aperture of the pool. This ensures that the medicament stored in the pool 19a is allowed to be supplied over an extended period of time. With the edge of the aperture of the pool 19a being thick, the pool 19a can have a larger storage capacity. In addition, the edge of the aperture of the pool 19a is sloped at a small angle, the possibility or extent of interference with the eyelid or the eyeball can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 薬剤の使い切りや変更等への対応及び薬剤の供給に好適な眼用器具を提供する。【解決手段】 薬剤供給補助具１０は、眼球の表面上で流動する薬剤が流入可能な開口及びその薬剤を貯留可能な内空を有する凹部であるプール１９ａが上部に形成され、プール１９ａの開口の縁は、角膜被覆領域１２ａよりも肉厚となっている。具体的には、プール１９ａの開口の縁に向かうにつれて肉厚となっている。これにより、プール１９ａに貯留された薬剤が時間をかけて供給されるので、長時間にわたって薬剤を供給することができる。また、プール１９ａの開口の縁が肉厚となっているので、プール１９ａの貯留容量を大きくすることができる。そして、プール１９ａの開口の縁への傾斜に角部が少なくなるので、眼瞼や眼球への干渉が生じる可能性又は度合いを低減することができる。【選択図】 図２
