PURPOSE: A slush manufacturing apparatus is provided to increase the cooling efficiency of a refrigerant by increasing the contact area with a cylinder, and to reduce the cooling time. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant injecting area is formed in between double outer walls of a cylinder and a body for injecting a cooling object. An agitator is arranged along the direction of cylinder length in the cylinder, and is equipped with an agitating blade and a screw(23) along to an agitating axis(21). The cylinder includes a first cylinder(11) and a second cylinder(12) arranged to be concentric. The inner diameter of the first cylinder is formed to be bigger than the outer diameter of the second cylinder. The refrigerant injecting area is formed through separating the inner side of the first cylinder and the outer side of the second cylinder. A partition wall(13) with a spiral shape is equipped in the refrigerant injecting area. The agitating blade is formed to cut across the inside of the second cylinder from the agitating axis to the inner part of the second cylinder. At least two horizontal parts(22a) are connected to the agitating axis. A vertical part(22b) perpendicularly connects the end of the horizontal parts. An opening(22c) is surrounded by the inner wall of the second cylinder, the agitating axis, the horizontal parts, and the vertical part. Ice grains and the liquid cooling object formed in the second cylinder move through the opening.
