The wire includes reinforcing fibers covered by a sheath, where the sheath is formed by a matrix of synthetic material in which the reinforcing fibers are embedded. The reinforcing fibers are made of material different from the material of the sheath, where modulus of elasticity of the material of the reinforcing fibers is twice the modulus of elasticity of the material of the sheath.
