An aqueous pharmaceutical solution composition comprising between about 20 mg/ml to about 100 mg/ml of a radioprotective α,β-unsaturated aryl sulfone, a cosolvent comprising polyethylene glycol (PEG), polypropylene glycol, polyglycerol, DMA, propylene glycol, glycerol, ethanol, sorbitol, isopropyl alcohol, or a combination thereof in an amount between about 25% and about 90% w/v, and a water soluble Vitamin E derivative, wherein the composition has a pH within the range of about 7.0 to about 9.5.La présente invention a trait à une composition de solution pharmaceutique aqueuse comprenant entre environ 20 mg/ml et environ 100 mg/ml dun aryle sulfone α,β insaturé radioprotecteur, un cosolvant comprenant du glycol polyéthylénique (PEG), du polypropylène-glycol, du polyglycérol, du diméthylaniline, du propylène-glycol, du glycérol, de léthanol, du sorbitol, de lalcool isopropylique ou une combinaison de ceux-ci dans une proportion comprise entre environ 25 % et environ 90 % M/V, et un dérivé de vitamine E soluble dans leau, la composition ayant un pH compris dans la plage denviron 7,0 à environ 9,5.
