PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical packaging material comprising a laminate which is obtained by bonding a gass barrier film and a polyolefin film without using an adhesive agent and is excellent in weatherability without exudation of a foreign matter or a residual solvent or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a medical packaging material which comprises a laminate obtained by laminating a gas barrier film having ultraviolet absorptivity and a polyolefin fil. The gass barrier film has ultraviolet absorptivity. The medical packaging material has a light transmittance at 380 nm wavelength of 20% or more and a light transmittance at 600 nm wavelength of 60% or more.
