PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair for rehabilitation care which is suitable for rehabilitation, activation of the brain, and reduction of burdens on a caregiver, easy to get on/off by oneself and to move using the feet.SOLUTION: In this wheelchair 1 for rehabilitation care, a seat plate 3 is horizontally mounted on the rear side of a body frame 2 made of a pipe horizontally extending in the back-and-forth direction, and when a user can straddle a front side portion of the body frame 2, he/she easily sits on the seat plate 2. When removing a hand-pushing handle 20 mounted to a rear end part of the body frame 2, the easy sitting on the seat plate 3 can be performed by horizontally moving forward in a state of straddling the seat plate 3 from the rear side of the seat plate 3. The wheel chair allowing the getting on/off without needing help of another person and allowing the easy movement by oneself by moving the feet can be achieved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】自力での乗り降り、足を利用しての移動が簡単にでき、リハビリ、脳の活性化、介護者の負担軽減に適したリハビリ介護用車椅子を提案すること。【解決手段】リハビリ介護用車椅子1では、前後方向に水平に延びるパイプ製の本体フレーム2の後側に水平に座板3が取り付けられており、本体フレーム2の前側の部分を跨ぐことができれば、座板2に簡単に座ることができる。また、本体フレーム2の後端部に取り付けられている手押し用ハンドル20を取り外しておけば、座板3の後側から座板3を跨ぐ状態で前方に水平に移動することにより簡単に座板3に座ることができる。他人の助けを必要とせずに乗り降りすることができ、足を動かすことで簡単に自力で移動することのできる車椅子を実現できる。【選択図】図1
