Said device for changing dimensions after implantation contains leveling screws, which are put into action by gearing, which is started by remote control engine. Spine implant for destruction between upper spinous process of vertebra and lower spinous process of vertebra, contains first bearing plate, placed below upper spinous process of vertebra； second bearing plate, placed above lower spinous process of vertebra； and device for changing dimensions after implantation, placed between mentioned bearing plates, put into action after implantation of claimed spine implant to patient. Mentioned device for changing dimensions after implantation contains leveling screws, which are put into action by gearing.
