The present invention relates to an air refreshing mask and a manufacturing method thereof. The air refreshing mask, by attaching a membrane assembly applied with TiO_2 as a photocatalyst on the outer surface of the mask, decomposes and purifies harmful air such as smog or the like through sun light, maintains high efficiency of the photocatalyst through quality and properties of a membrane and can be reused.
