According to the present invention, introduced is a blood platelet agitator in which temperature uniformity in a chamber thereof is improved, and the properties of thawed blood may be improved when refrigerated blood is thawed while temperature uniformity is improved. To this end, a blood platelet agitator according to the present invention comprises: a chamber； a shelf support having a shelf disposed thereon to accommodate refrigerated blood； a fan for discharging air toward a side surface of the shelf； and an induction pipe formed between an air inlet and an air outlet of the fan.
