PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insecticidal composition exhibiting predominant insecticidal effects on flies and mosquitos having developed resistivity and crossed resistance, also exhibiting excellent insecticidal effects even on various kinds of insect pests shown in a normal stock-raising site, and having high practicability.
SOLUTION: The insecticidal composition contains (a) d, d-T-allethrin, (b) fenitrothion, (c) piperonyl butoxide and (d) an emulsifier. The insecticidal composition is regulated so that the mass ratio of the d, d-T-allethrin (a) to the fenitrothion (b) may be from 2/1 to 1/10, and the mass ratio of the d, d-T-allethrin (a) to the piperonyl butoxide (c) may be from 1/1 to 1/40, and is preferably used in or at the vicinity of an animal barn by being diluted to 20-300 times with water.
