The present invention provides a method of treating angiogenic eye disorders by sequentially administering multiple doses of a VEGF antagonist to a patient. The method of the present invention comprises administering multiple doses of the VEGF antagonist to the patient once every 8 weeks or more. The method of the present invention is useful for the treatment of angiogenic eye disorders such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic macular edema, central retinal vein occlusion and angular neovascularization.본 발명은 환자에게 VEGF 길항제의 다중 용량을 순차적으로 투여함으로써 혈관신생 눈 장애를 치료하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 방법은 환자에게 8주 이상마다 1회의 빈도로 VEGF 길항제의 다중 용량을 투여하는 것을 포함한다. 본 발명의 방법은 연령 관련 황반 변성, 당뇨병성 망막병증, 당뇨병성 황반 부종, 중심성 망막 정맥 폐색 및 각만 신혈관형성과 같은 혈관신생 눈 장애의 치료에 유용하다.
