PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a medical tube which is excellent in buckling resistance, easy to bend, and is thin, in the medical tube which has a coil, and an outer layer and an inner layer covering the same.SOLUTION: A medical tube 10 has a coil 1, a tubular outer layer 2 covering the outside of the coil, and a tubular inner layer 3 covering the inside of the coil. A helical groove 31 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the inner layer in a helical shape, the coil is wound by being fitted in the helical groove, and the outer layer is made of foamed resin. After the helical groove is transfer-molded by winding a wire 40 for helical groove forming, around an extrusion molded tube body 30 for the inner layer, the coil is installed in the helical groove and covered with the outer layer by extrusion-molding. A width w of the helical groove is larger than a coil wire diameter d, and a part 21 of the outer layer enters the helical groove.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】コイル及びこれを被覆する外層及び内層を有する医療用チューブにおいて、耐座屈性に優れながらも、曲げ易く、肉厚を薄く形成する。【解決手段】コイル1と、コイルの外側を被覆するチューブ状の外層2と、コイルの内側を被覆するチューブ状の内層3とを有する医療用チューブ10であり、内層の外周面に螺旋状に施された螺旋溝31が付けられ、コイルが螺旋溝に落とし込まれて巻かれており、外層が発泡樹脂である。押出成形した内層用チューブ体30に成形用の線材40を巻回して転写成形することにより螺旋溝を加工した後、その螺旋溝にコイルを設置し、さらに押出成形により外層で被覆する。螺旋溝の幅wがコイルの素線径dより大きく、螺旋溝に外層の一部21が入り込んでいる。【選択図】図1
