The present invention provides a facial prosthetic device, wherein a prosthetic part thereof can be fixed through a fixing part without direct contact with a user's skin, and the device has an enhanced fixing-maintaining force and allows the user to detach or attach the prosthetic part by himself or herself. The facial prosthetic device comprises: an insertion part positioned at a face part； a prosthetic part positioned at an upper part of a deficit area of the face part； and a connection part positioned between the insertion part and the prosthetic part and connecting the insertion part and the prosthetic part to each other, wherein the connection part may comprise: a magnetic part connected to the insertion part； and a clay part which has one side connected to the magnetic part and the other side connected to the prosthetic part.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de prothèse faciale, une partie prothétique de celui-ci pouvant être fixée au moyen d'une partie de fixation sans contact direct avec la peau d'un utilisateur, et le dispositif ayant une force de maintien de fixation améliorée et permettant à l'utilisateur/l'utilisatrice de détacher ou d'attacher la partie prothétique tout(e) seul(e).
