A method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for enhancing immunity and the pharmaceutical composition prepared according to the method. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a ginseng ethanolic extract and a crop fermentation solution； and acquiring a mixture being the pharmaceutical composition for enhancing immunity. The ginseng ethanolic extract is prepared according to a method comprising the following steps: using an aqueous ethanol solution to perform a reflux extraction on ginseng； and acquiring an extract being the ginseng ethanolic extract. The crop fermentation solution is prepared according to a method comprising the following steps: mixing crops, lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, streptococcus thermophilus, and water； fermenting the mixture； and acquiring a fermentation product being the crop fermentation solution.L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition pharmaceutique pour augmenter l'immunité et une composition pharmaceutique préparée selon ce procédé.
