The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition which can be taken prior to sex according to need in order to treat, prevent, or ameliorate premature ejaculation, and which comprises 14 to 16mg of Clomipramine HCI, and preferably, approximately 15mg, as an active ingredient. More preferably, the composition of the present invention further comprises: pregelatinized starch； and sodium starch glycolate. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention quickly exhibits effects, has low dissolution (absorption) variation caused due to the difference in pH levels of the gastro-intestinal tracts of patients, and has very low side effects.
